Maybe they are significant in some ways ... maybe meant for us to see ... nevertheless these visions are intimidating. The Cozy Comforter proves that there are comforts and security we sometimes take along with us when we close our eyes. An inadiment object lifelike to the young mind, as they fade into the darkness of the unknown, a special gift that waits for the opportunity to bring us back safely.
Today is the last Friday afternoon of the month, a time Brealyn looked forward to since she was three. During the months of April through September her and her mom would bring their picnic lunch to the seashore below the Widow's Watch, and there among the driftwood they would spend the afternoon searching for seashells on the small beach called, Little Africa ..
The waves were crashing against the cliffs, as the spray of the ocean water was gently touching Brealyn's face. She could feel her body being pulled backward through the portal, as the deviators lost their energy from the disappearing Sun ..
